Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh Brussels sprouts
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 juiced lemon (=2 to 3 Tbsps)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375ยบ. Cut sprouts in half. Mix ingredients in large bowl and toss until well coated. Spread evenly on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper, and bake 15–20 min, tossing sprouts halfway through.
