Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 red bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 small zucchini cut into 1 inch slices
- 1 red onion cut into 1 inch pieces
Directions
Mix marinade and add meat and veggies. Allow to marinade for at least 1 hour, or over night.
Assemble skewers and grill, 4 minutes per side.
